These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Marrmik website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using our site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to access it in ways we did not intend, interfering with its security, or uploading harmful code.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us a limited licence to use, edit and print it solely to make, show and deliver your order.
You must not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is illegal, hateful, obscene or harmful. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaks this rule.
Orders and artwork proofs
- When you place an order we prepare your design and send an artwork proof to your account. Production starts only after you approve the proof.
- Please check your proof carefully — names, spelling, cut-out shape and image. We print what you approve.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a photo is too low in quality to print well, or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you paid.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Colours and handmade products
Every pillow is printed and sewn by hand, so small variations in colour, size and cut-out shape are normal. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the printed fabric depending on your display.
Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the site and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and delays from carriers or events outside our control can happen. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Because each pillow is made to order from your photo, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once your proof is approved. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you. Our intellectual property
The Marrmik name, logo, website design, text and images (other than your uploaded photos) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
